Kick-start a Barista career, or up skill today! This course is great for the basic beginner as well as those wanting to get a job as a barista. 

Whether you’re looking to get back into the workforce, a young High School beginner wanting to get a job in the industry or you just want to learn to make great coffee at home, our training will suit your needs.

We use Allpress coffee whch is known worldwide, Plus you will be with a great crew that can get you up to speed in no time.

Time: 5 - 8PM ( Two nights per course )

There is also the option for a work experience session. This will help you to learn the pace that's usually required in Queenstown's busy Cafés and Restaurants

• Knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment

• Making espresso and other beverages 

• Prepare espresso beverages under supervision

What you’ll get: 

• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and prepare espresso beverages under supervision 

• Small Group training for a more comfortable but intensive training experience

• Access to our industry connections and references for performance

• An optional two hour field placement at Social Coffee to really get an understanding of the pace required in the industry. This is a really important aspect of learning if you're looking to get a job in the field.
