Currently we are only offering tracked shipping to New Zealand.
Standard New Zealand shipping is $10 for all purchases.
Once ordered, items will take 3-7 business days to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID all delivery providers are at crisis level, due to this postage will be delayed and may take a few weeks depending on what area you live.
As well as operating online, we do have a physical store in Queenstown as well. This means that there is potential for someone to be buying the same item in store that you are buying online. On the rare occasion that this may happen, we will be in touch straight away to offer you a refund or exchange for something else.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must send it back within 7 days of receiving the item in order to obtain a full refund.
The item must not be worn and still have tags attached.
Sale items, underwear, jewellery and sunglasses are not returnable.
Returning an Item?
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your item
- Send item back within 7 days of receiving it
- Expect to receive a full refund within 2-3 working days starting from the day your items have reached us.
Please not we DO NOT provide pre-paid return shipping labels, returning a item due to change of mind or wrong size is at the buyers cost.
