SOCIAL SESSIONS 2025
Social Sessions was created in 2019 with sole purpose of shining a light on mental health and raising much needed funds for Locally based charities.
The main objective for these events are to really give guests an insight for what people are going through and bridge that gap by having courageous guest speakers giving raw and real stories on thier journey with mental health wether it be personally or people around them.
We have so many great people in our community that need the emotional and financial support regardless of the beauty of our surroundings.
OUR GUESTS
Social Sessions guests are comprised of a special mix of Mothers, professionals, managers, , practitioners, business owners, consultants, lawyers, bankers, doctors, accountants, stockbrokers, students, real estate agents, retailers,
Financial planners and more importantly just great community members with a purpose for helping in some way....
WHAT OUR GUESTS AND SPONSORS SAY....
It's a time to dress up, bond with friends, hear people's stories on their mental health journey that are wide-ranging,
always engaging and often bring me to tears. It's a day to laugh, cry, eat, drink and raise money for a great cause, all at
the same time. I look forward to it every year

A great local charity that is close to everyone’s heart as everyone knows someone who is or has been affected by mental
health issues. We have seen firsthand as a local business how under funded the sector is - particularly in Queenstown
Karla Weston Mackenzie and Willis
Fine Orthodontics chose to sponsor the Social Session ms charity event since its inception in 2019
We felt this was a really great way for ladies to get together, open some honest conversation but some really tough topics,
all of which have a strong connection with each and every one of us.
And of course to support and encourage mental health awareness and wellness within our community.
We feel very honoured to be part of this wonderful event and love that it has the flexibility to direct funds raised to various
local groups as needs arise.
